Hilal Al Ahsani is PEIE's CEO and has a wealth of manufacturing experience. Prior to his appointment at PEIE, Hilal was Director General of Industry at the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.

Eng. Hamad Al Harthy is Assistant chief Executive Officer for Business Development and has been part of PEIE since 1990. Hamad holds an MSc in Environmental Engineering from the University of Newcastle and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wales. Hamad held deferent posts at Peie he was the director General of Rusayl till January 2006  then he held the post of ACEO for industrial Estates till 2009, now he is ACEO for Business Development. Hamad plays a pivotal role in directing the development and growth of the estate and Peie. Hamad is passionate about manufacturing and its contribution to Oman's continued economic and social development.

Said Ali Salim Al Mashani is Director General of Raysut Industrial Estate and has been employed by PEIE since 1989. He holds a BSc in Industrial Management from King Fahad University in Saudi Arabia and an MA in Industrial Development from the UK’s University of East Anglia. He has participated in a variety of professional training courses in economics, planning and industrial affairs in the Middle East, Europe and North America.

Eng. Abdullah Al Mukhaini is Director General of Sur Industrial Estate. He is a Civil Engineering graduate from Sultan Qaboos University. He has a master degree in Business Administration from Bedfordshire University – UK 2009. He joined PEIE in 1999 and initially supervised major infrastructure projects on Rusayl Industrial Estate. He was also involved in supervising civil defence projects on Raysut Industrial Estate and the development of infrastructure on Sur Industrial Estate for light and medium industries. Now he is a member of  Economic Committee at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Sur.

Eng. Ahmed Baomar is Director of Development and Quality department at PEIE. He is an Industrial Engineering graduate and prior to his appointment in Al Buraimi he was responsible for initiating and running PEIE’s Training Centre.

Hamad Al Mahdali is Director General of Sohar Industrial Estate and holds a Diploma in Architecture from Kuwait's Institute of Applied Engineering. Hamad is a Member of the Industrial Committee, as well as the Economic Committee at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Sohar.

Hamad Al Qasabi is Director of Nizwa Industrial Estate. Prior to taking up his current job, Hamed held a number of managerial posts on Rusayl Industrial Estate.

Mohammed Hamed Al Maskari is the Director General, Knowledge Oasis Muscat, Also oversee the development of The Knowledge Mine (TKM) a business incubator program. Prior to this he was heading the IT Center, Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE).
With a bachelor degree in Science from the Sultan Qaboos University, Sultanate of Oman and a Masters in Business Administration, UK, he has gained valuable expertise in IT systems as well.
