  1. Waiving all economical & business revenues for 30 years from income tax and income statements submissions.

  2. Free money transactions.
     
  3. No agencies representation system, implemented in the free zone.
     
  4. Imported or exported commodities within the free zone are waived from custom duties. 
     
  5. All commodities from - to the free zone are free of official import-export licenses. Except materials prohibited to be exchanged.
     
  6. No restricts to invested capitals, minimum or maximum.
     
  7. 100% Owned capital of investment to non Omani investors.
     
  8. Nationalization ( Omanization ) is only 10% of staffing.
     
  9. Exemption from all official fees ( Municipality, realest ate, lands…etc) except fees due to the ( One System Station ).
