In recognition of the pivotal role played by media, their creativity and loyalty in highlighting activities undertaken by the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE), a media-dedicated event took place on Monday to honor media representatives from various organizations who have been cooperating with PEIE throughout the years.
The event was held at the Grand Hyatt Muscat under the patronage of Hilal bin Hamad Al Ahsani, CEO of PEIE. The event started with a speech delivered by Bassim bin Ali Al Nassri, Director General of Marketing and Media at PEIE, who hailed the positive role of the Sultanate's media in raising awareness on the growth of the industrial sector and the latest projects taking place in the country.
The media has widely contributed in the success of the Fourth Forum for Investment in Free Zones & Development Areas, as well as it has played a vital role in promoting the "Omani Campaign", which aspires to promote the Sultanate’s products and services, and by doing so contributed in stimulating the national economy and reducing carbon emissions. The Sultanate's media has also been raising awareness on national pride and encouraging consumers and companies to always choose locally made products and services.
